Poor service after payment received

I paid for a package and was told it will be delivered in a few days. They had my address wrong and RAM courier didn't deliver. I have logged into the website about 4 times and askew for help but just get an automated response saying someone will get back but to date no one has. When I wanted to purchase it a few seconds later they called but once you pay they couldn't care less
