Poor Service

You pay for 100mbps, but get 8 to 10mbps on a good day. Used Rain for years FYI.

Have had this problem for months on and off, I am told to do the normal trouble shooting like I live in the stone age. I never get notifications on any issue that is in the area, which always affect me (tower is always broken). When I log a fault, I do not get a response, I will need to phone and waste my time, along with the money I pay for the barely working internet.

I do not want a robotic response. but a solution or give me a refund for services not rendered.
