Poor service

I submitted a ticket via myrain app on Sunday complaining about no internet connection. Almost every week I complain about the same issue. No response whatsoever. Rain has become one of the worst internet service providers. The only response I got was "help is on it's way". I have been awaiting feedback since then. I send emails but no response. It is frustrating 😒
