Poor Service

Very bad experience i had with rain, I purchased a 5G package which i never got to use because rain was unable to set up, apparently it was due to my profile. A month later i requested that they come collect their modem and refund me, this was done last week friday, today i called to follow up on my refund and i was told that nothing has been done to refund me and there is nothing the consultant could do help me. This is after i have spent 2 months spending money on airtime trying to get a solution to the modem. I am being treated like a peace of trash when i want my refund.
