Poor service

I am extremely disappointed with Rain Wi-Fi, when I took the contract, the agent told me that it's a month to month contract and if I don't use it I will not be able to connect and be charged until I want to ise it again. So I haven't used it for months now and I ddnt have internet connection, which makes sense because, but now I decided to make payment so that I can start using it again and to my surprise I owe Rain R3500 but yet no internet connection, I have calling them since Tuesday and was being told different stories and that the sales agent ddnt explain well, yesterday I was told that the billing department will contact me and take the amount down based on the last time I used it and still no one called, I contacted them again today and I'm being told that I have to pay the R3500 and yet I'm not connected. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
