Poor service
Rain service is really poor. I have been calling them with no help. Ordered the router last Friday and up to today nothing, no call, no sms, their phone keeps ringing without help. Its seriously frustrating. They are quick to take money but when it comes to delivering, useless. They don't even deserve that 1 star

Reseting the router and still not working. Calls the company doesn't answer and it's really annoying coz come monthend you expect full amount. Can this issue be sorted as soon as possible coz I can't be paying for nothing
