Poor service

Good day

We have now had Rain for 2 months and we get no assistance whatsoever. We have purchased the new device and when we want to get assistance we are not even registered with them. How does this work?

We try to call the number and there is no answer - We live in Kuruman and the debit order goes off monthly but there is absolutely no after service.

Can anyone please help here?
