POOR SERVICE
I am not sure whether to blame RAIN or CCD Couriers. I have been waiting for for my order to be deliver and it is almost 2 weeks now! Can you please escalate this with CCD as I can no longer wait, I have been patient for far too long. They have now rescheduled for the 31st Oct which is UNACCEPTABLE! My order number is ***.
