**** poor service

Poor poor poor if i could give 0 stars i would useless. Having issues last 2 weeks of internet dipping the whole time contacted suprt did waht they told me worked for a couple of hours same problem. Neigbors have same pacage no issues using a tower router. I am losing money becouse of this stupidy of rain that canot resolve the issue evry day or second day its the same thing over today they phomed phone rang once before i could awnswer call was dropped. Went to suport the stupid ai tells me the ticket was created no confermation email. Now i demand a technician to get here before tuesday as i am now GATVOL for losing business as i cant conect to the internet. I am awaiying fred back and i want it asap if its my router i demand a new router amd i demand to know how rain wil rectify this isaue as i can lose more money becouse of this ****
