Poor service

I'm really not happy with your service as well as your technician team it's been 5 days now without data without wifi without connectivity

I'm calling for the 9th times today without any feedback I'm tired of spending more money buying airtime just for your useless support team to dropped the call or tell me to reboot my router and all of them are saying 5 different things

It's either you give me a new router a working one or you come and take these router of yours and refund me by money back honestly for the month of June cause your service is poor your support team doesn't know customer care
