Poor Service

I have been using rain for the past few months.and I really didnt struggle.until.recently. The reason I joined rain was because there were no contractual obligation. However, in October I decided not to pay as I didnt require internet and odcos I didnt have connectivity for that month. Fast forward to December, they double.debit me. Contacted them for an explanation and no no one could give me a.clear answer. Every consultantant that I spoke to gave a.different explanation. I requested my money back and they did not want to pay me back. Until to a point where I canceled my subscription. I would never recommend rain to anyone. Their service is bad and I believe they have ********* practices. The fact that they could not even give me a clear explanation of why I was debited is just uncalled for. Why do I need to be charged for a service that was never rendered.
