Poor service

So have been experiencing bad network with my 4g unlimited package. Well contacted rain for 1 full week for assistance. They kept giving me the same procedure to optimize.. Hell I even claimed the roof to optimize but there was no luck. Eventually some contacted me and advised that they will move me to the 5G standard package at the same price. I was like okay now that is Okay.. So my router and Sim card have been delivered. Contacted customer care on countless occasions and sent so many tickets for them to activate my Sim card. No body seems to bothered and cares what we giug through. I had to top up on my Vodacom number for the past few weeks just to get work done. Can rain actually take us customers seriously and deliver. We can't be subjected to this awful treatment all the time. Activating the 4G seem card took less than an hour why is it different for the 5G. My portal still lists as wued for delivery. Maybe it time one moves to a more favorable service provider as this one clearly sorts to make money only and never deliver on client services
