Poor service

I am very disappointed with the performance of Rain, I have taken the 4G uncapped option and cannot even get to 1Mbps. I have submitted 4 support requests over the last week and to date I have not received any support or been contacted. It's also extremely challenging to terminate my agreement with Rain as the cancel SIM option does not work. What's even more disappointing is that some of my issues could have been resolved if Rain support had contacted me.
