Poor service
Pathetic very poor repeated service. Never get back to you. I have made payment last month and still tells me I'm overdue. Yet I emailed all proof 3x since yesterday

11 Oct 2025, 05:492days later and still no response keep on debating my account after admitting my payments is not reflecting. I have proof of the payment yet nothing is being resolved you speak to AI to get same msg over and over
So many different ref numbers.. I have had it now with Rain. If they want to know when payment was made look at email (documentupload) and you will see
Admitting mistake is on their side and still don't fix it
