Poor service

I’m coming to this platform cause I am out of options , been contacting Rain regarding the connectivity issues. When I log a call I’m being referred to a robot. The connection has been consistently unstable for almost a month and yet I’m expected to pay fully month end. I don’t think that is fair. Please refer to the below in support of the aforementioned
