Poor service
Still awaiting cancelation letter. I used rain sim card internet only for 1 month of Nov 2022 & premuim went through. I requested to cancel my subscription with them town months still now I haven't bn assisted regarding the matter. Kindly stop collecting funds from my account because I'm not using your sim card. It wil cost me extra charges.
