Poor service
I bought a 5g router from Rain, it was delivered on the 11 March. They promised to activate my SIM within 24hour but never did. I have been calling and emailing their support team everyday but NEVER get a clear answer on what problem is. I will never recommend them to anyone because of their poor service . Is just a waste of time and money.
