Poor service.

I asked my brother to order a device for me, 2 days after they said they had arrived for delivery. a few minutes later they said they are 15 min away. they didn't arrive even arrive or asnwer their calls after that. i talked to an agent after failed deilvery for a week then they said they will reschedule. then the delivery guy calls only to say nothing. I finally asked my brother to switch to collection. then they said its fine. i get to rain to ask for collection, the worker there says what what my order has been cancelled and i can't get device wara wara. i will have to wait for 7 days. this is the worst service.
