Poor service

I received my rain 5g ZTE router on Tuesday 26.07.2022 ever since I have been contacting rain as the router does not work neither am I getting 5g network... no 1 from Rain has called me back... this kind of service makes me wonder if Rain is actually the network I would want to be with - instead of 5g network I am picking up 2g network what a joke...
