poor service

Total fed-up customer Rain internet service I have purchased the unlimited package for R499, which is for 24 hours a day. I have been struggling with the network for 3 weeks now experiencing connection problems. it will only connect for 2 hours a day I'm paying it for free I have spoken to numerous agents who are totally inexperienced. I have been waiting for someone in network depth to contact me for the last 4 days. The only signal I received was between 6 pm and 8 pm last night, which in reality should not be active. I asked for other contact numbers to resolve this matter, but they refused to forward me any. This is such a totally inexperienced service provider. They should secure connection to areas before selling a product I have told them that if this is not resolved today ( 18/11/22). I am terminating my contract
