Poor service

I subscribed to this service provide on 1st January - and did the payment on the same day. The app requires uploading documents for rica - this I have uploaded numerous times. The documents are accepted but then a day or 2 later it requests that I rica again..... I am still waiting to be connected. I don't get responses to my online support calls! I work from home and this is now affecting my job....
