Poor service

My internet has been off for exactly 6 days now. I have been querying the issue since Monday with no solid resolution to the problem. A field technician was supposed to contact me on Tuesday to repair the issue of site. It’s been 48 HOURS . I have honestly given up on the so called internet “service provider “
