Poor service

I have been trying to activate a 4g sim bought at clicks for 2 weeks. Today i calles rain again to activate it as the website is absolutely useless and not working properly. First it was the sales team, the i was transferred to the support then back to sales and then to customer service just for the call to drop and Rain does not even contact you back. You have just lost a customer due to the poor service of staff and the website that means nothing.
