Poor service

Why is this happening again? I had a lengthy conversation with one of your consultants. Why must I be upset so that things can be fixed? You giving me s*** network an even s**ty service. I need to work fix whatever that needs to be fixed and fix it good. Find a permanent solution. I can't be complaining about this every 2 days. I am in Zone 6 connect me to a tower in zone 9.

the previous consultant told me the tower in zone 9 has issues and will call me back by close of business 2 days ago telling me what is the ETR. my network got better but now it's back to the s***

I work from home I need a good signal. I can't work for more than 12 hours just because I want to get my work done. Call me escalate this query this needs to get fixed I'm probably not the only person that is doing this.
