Poor Service
Poor Customer Service
Lodged an Email on Monday to Cancel my 5G Subscription as well as RAIN Accounts Billing DEPT but still awaiting feedback from someone in Support as I do NOT want my Credit Card billed again on the 01st February 2020 as I would assume that one pays in advance and not in arrears.
