Poor Service
I ordered and paid for a 5g router and sim six days ago. Rain promised a delivery within 5 days. I got a text today from RAM couriers advising my order is out for delivery and will be delivered before 5pm. Its 5:19pm and no delivery and no comms from these people.
The order no they gave me is RAIN10-***1. I called RAM and I spoke to an extremely rude agent. Absolutely disgusting service.

01 Dec 2021, 20:00I am very upset!!! RAM is the most disgusting and *********** business i have ever dealt with. They keeping my items after i have PAID for this damn thing!!! If i dont get my items tomorrow morning, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! This is ridiculous!!!! Bunch if idiots!!!

No cares about my order, Rain doesnt give a rats ass, RAM doesnt give a rats ass. Its pathetic, whats frustrating is that I have paid for this, its not free. I have been up in arms trying to figure out whats wrong with these idiots, only to find out they gave my order to a wrong driver. Its pathetic, disgusting service from Rain and Ram. This is how you treat a customer after paying for your product?? Why the hell is Ram keeping my items? I want my order RAIN!!!!!!!!
