Poor service - 7 days and we still haven’t been activated

We have taken out a rain package over 1 week ago and have called on a daily basis to get the package activated. Each call to Rain has resulted in is being told that they have escalated it to their “Network” department who will call us back and we haven’t heard anything back from them even after having spoken to a team leader at Rain who assured us that things would be sorted out and we still sit with nothing. They took our money timeously before we could even receive delivery of the router but have no customer service concern to ensure that we actually have working internet! This service is disgusting
