Poor service
Rain doesn't even deserve 1 star. It's always a struggle to get through to their call center. I reported several times that there's no signal and asked them to verify if my area has coverage as well as to check my simcard. I received 3 calls from them and their line is always bad they therefore blame it on load shedding from my side. Even when there's no load shedding their line is always bad.

I did as instructed but I'm still unable to enjoy the benefits. I think the problem might be the Sim card because when inserted on another device it's still not picking signal. Can you please assist me with a sim swap.
