POOR SERVICE!!

Very unhappy with the connection and billing! I logged a query on the 8th of December after I called in to the call centre and was told that I owe R279. Firstly my debit date is the 1st of every month however on the 24th November Rain debited an amount of R279 from my account. On the 1st December Rain debited R419 the next day on the 2nd of December I received a notification that I still owe R279 I made a eft payment the very same day. In a space of 9 days a total of R977 was paid to Rain however I sent my bank statement to document upload because the support agents tell me I still owe R279 and that the R419 Rain debited on the 1st December isn't reflecting on their side.... I have little to no internet connection and I am yet to receive a call from Rain! very unprofessional!!!!
