Poor Service

This is the worst company and for the past 6 days I experienced the worst service ever. They deducted R1775 from my account and the next day disconnected my services. I have been given references after reference numbers but without success. Been told my issue with my 5G and 4G reconnection is with Billing department for 6 days.
