Poor service

We ordered a 5g rain router but instead of them telling us the network is not available in our area they sent us a 4g sim card. I called rain twice for them to cancel and terminate everything they agreed to also do a refund but instead monthend they debited the money from my husband account. I have tried to call them several times but they don't answer our calls. So frustrated please rain refund us and take back your sim card.
