Poor service

Good day

I bought a rain sim card paid my R479 and now I am unable to finalize the face recognition. I have reported the issue to rain and on numerous occasions followed up with no success. Tried their telephone line and I get a message that they dont take calls any more, not even sure if this rain is just not another ****
