Poor service

I have been trying to contact them to query my billing and package conditions. I cannot get through or asked questions about information they did not provide. I requested to be called back via their support contact option 5 times. Till to date I have not received any call back.

I asked Riaz or Road who called around 11:49. I was on the road. I asked him to call back 30min later. He has not called till now. So, it still reflects on the same poor service and comms. When my billing goes wrong, you will hound me but they are not willing to provide clarity and answer to their service. Further delivery was also late and had to understand and the sale is closed so stuff the after service.

Thank you for the worst wonderful service. As a first time customer, I do not see myself recommend RAIN. Come fetch your device. It's not worth the stress.

As predicted the bad service still carries on. Since last week, no comms. Yesterday I had an unhonored call back from Riaz or Riad.

I had to go to this platform just to get help and still nothing from RAIN
