POOR SERVICE

Poor service from both the costumer support consultants & the technical support team!! Since we belong to rain we have had NEVER more than 3.00 uploads neither downloads- constantly 0.00 Constantly offline! You can connect but then it says no internet! If you want to pay for an offline service - get rain!!!
