Poor service

I have asked Rain to cancel my membership months ago. I’ve called them numerous times to have this done!! I’ve been told every time that someone is going to call me back from reinstatement department to have my request done which was a LIE!! Your service is really really POOR. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone it is expensive for nothing!!!

What you do best it to remind us when we’re due for payment that’s the only communication you’ll ever get from these people. ****** useless!!!
