Poor Service

This is the worst service provider that I have ever seen. The Internet service is always down and their support personnel are useless. I requested for downgrade, got an email confirmation for downgrade the bill still comes with wrong invoice price. Called their support department they cannot even see my request in the system , thus crazy and poor customer service
