poor service

the service i have received from rain has been so poor im going to be without internet for two weeks now and it seems no one cares my router broke it suddenly stopped working i reported it and i was told it would be replaced, i have been calling every single day for the past 8 days and no manager has called me and i still dont have a router they keep saying this has been escalated but i have to call everyday to follow up and it seems no one knows where this router is. can rain please refund me my money for two weeks and i would also like to cancel my service since you treat me like ******* and clearly dont want my business. ***
