Poor service

Good day

My network for rain has been so bad over the past couple of months I been complaining and doing troubleshooting steps their bot give me but still it fail, I pay for the 5G service and yet my connection has not been worth the service I’m paying for I request that troubleshooting be done with me getting a different router coz nothing has been working and at the end nothing is being done.
