Poor service

20th of July I got my sim card, I avtivater the sim card, not knowing I have to rica as I thought it is plug and play, R479 was taken from bank, I have been trying to get my sim card Rica till date I am not winning, I escalated it *** but no one is willing to help, rain is very quick to take our money but give us poor service, now I am to make amends to see how I need to get data so I can work, I did the self service rica it only accepted my proof of res as I attached it from my phone files, with ID it is just hanging as I need to take the actually photo which I dont even know what I am doing wrong, this is costing me my job and making me lose more money as I have to see to finish how I need to get myself data while rain is having full subscription while I am not even using the service. This is absurd and inconvienceing me
