Poor service

We have been calling them regarding our problem with the 5g router not working. It's been a month now and everytime I call they give us empty promises saying they are taking the matter to the high office .they always say this .their service is bad.ive been calling and I gave up no one called me to check if my problem has fixed .the last time I called I was told they will send a technician to check the router or bring us the new one .we are running a business and we are loosing a lot of money because of rain's incompetence.
