POOR SERVICE!!!!
Very poor service, bad experience. they took all my money still haven't returned it and decided to upgrade and then later cancel my account without my permission. I need help please I just want my money back they can cancel their service and take back their router but I just want my money back please.

I was debited x4 R529 in February and only x2 amounts were paid back to me, which means the other two were then kept for February and March and then again on March 25 I was debited x1 R529 and again x1 R529 on 1 April, the total amount owed to me is R1058(R529x2) I'm not really concerned with the reinstating of my account but rather my money and I need it to be paid back to me before the end of business today, I was promised a call back this morning and till now no one has called back yet all you ever do is apologise, and never fix the problem because you don't mean it. I don't care what you do or how you decide to sort it out but I want my money back today! NO EXCUSES.

06 Apr 2023, 10:20Please pay back my money this instant, I was not behind with my payments, I want my money back, no ****ing excuses I know for a fact that I was not behind with my payments and I did not request to have my payment date change, this is *****, these extra debit orders were unauthorised and I spoke to a manager on 2023.04.03 by the name of Sashin and he promised that my money will be refunded by today as the account is up to date, even the time when you cancelled the service it was up to date, JUST PAY BACK MY MONEY NO EXCUSES!!!
If the money is nit paid in by today 2023.04.06 I will be contacting my Lawer no joke, because this is ***** and I can proof it, the service is extremely poor and the were you treat your customers is disgusting! we can all work to together if you just get your act together and behave like a juristic person and not an unauthorised debt collector, please pay back my money and that is the last time I am asking for this, failure to comply will result in legal action!
