Poor service

I bought the rain SIM card and it was on a month to month charge , without any notification rain is automatically deducting funds from account then I cancelled the SIM card and they are still debiting money from my account. Their call centres do not work and the reason being due to covid-19, we are all affected by this pandemic and we are still able to service our clients in our field working remotely , secondly you log a request and they provide you with a ticket number saying a consultant will contact you shortly and no one ever does .
