Poor Service
The rain bill keeps increasing every single month! When I signed up for the contract, it was supposed to be month-to-month, but now I'm shocked! Please get your act together because your service is beyond terrible and your support system is completely useless.

21 Nov 2024, 14:59I can't believe this! I specifically chose a month-to-month contract with you, yet my bill continues to increase for no apparent reason. On top of that, your customer service is absolutely useless. They don't even have the decency to return my calls and address the terrible service I've been receiving.
