Poor service

Am so disappointed in rain that internet service they rob people, they will billing you after you have paid they will tell customers that the are now alot of new customers and they can't connect you to the tower that you used to connect, after that they will not refund you your money you paid them for the service that they didn't provide, they will tell you that they can't refund you because you have been is over ten days. Even if you didn't use their service. I recommend customer to go for VUMA
