Poor Service

I experienced problems with my wifi signal. I called their called centre on the 14th of February. The call centre agent told me that my router is not responding and their support agent will call me back. No call back. I phoned again on the 24th of February no call backs again after they said they will call me back. On the 1st of March I called again. No service was provided to me. Wheter I have service or not I still have to pay the full price there are no discounts for days not having service. I told the lady on the 24th I am going to write a Hello Peter review and she said I have to if it makes me feel better. This situation is now causing arguments and frustration in my house hold. Rain just does not care about their customer, service or reputation. Rather consider an alternative service provider
