Poor service

Months later I still have not received any response from Rain, I still have not received my refund for the time I paid and their *********** administration staff changed my details on their system to another client in the Western cape while I am in Johannesburg. which left me stranded without coverage for weeks.

I logged several calls they could not assists me but they keep on sending me messages that I must pay so they can reconnect my account.

They are not even entertaining the fact that it was their fault that I spend weeks without network because of their staff member.

I have been your customer for years that i would hope that should mean something to you.
