Poor Service

I phoned rain for Wi-Fi and the sales lady assisted me. and then checked for coverage and then she said we can get the 5G as we have coverage for it. The i paid and the router came and boom no internet. So i phoned numerous times for assistance just to find out we only have coverage for 4G. So then i cancelled and asked for refund. No one gets back to me. They are quick to take your money, but now i must struggle just for someone to get back to me and to be refunded. So full of promises. This is really unacceptable.
