Poor service

Rain is one of the most unreliable internet service provideders I have come across, it has been my 1st month with them and my internet drops an hour into loadshedding, when i call they request general troubleshooting steps that I would do on my own with no need from their call center , with still no resolution to my problem, the new 101 router seems to be worse than their previous router. It it supposed to redirect to the 4G tower once the 5g tower loses connectivity but does not do so as promised. There is no communication, and you wait for ever on their call lines , unless you call multiple times and no SLA or promise on a resolution. I would not recommend signing up with Rain.. I hope this review is seen and they improve their customer experience and connections with better service, I current work for an ISP myself but this is really pathetic.
