POOR SERVICE
I cancelled with Rain so many times since last year yet I still have their useless router. No one as been in touch and they keep trying to debit my account!!!!
I kept being debited for something that worked whenever I would call and get their automated system even then it would only work for 2 or 3 days!!!!

You know that I cancelled the services. You are always following up and strange enough you have customer service agents that one can barely reach. Speak to your autobot if you have to or ask the person that did not provide their name on my FB Messanger and used RAIN at the end of their automated message.
