Poor service

I on the 1st of October I registered for rain and also did anything the said i should with regards to Rica but my sim is still not active, it say Queued for Rica but on the website they are claiming the the Rica process take only 2hours

I tried calling there customer support all they say is Thanks for reaching out for help. This interaction has been logged and a customer care expert will get back to you soon to get you sorted

Its now 5days waiting for the customer expert
